You don’t have to come to therapy “put together.” You can come in the middle of the mess. In our sessions, there’s room for all of it - tears, silence, laughter, confusion, relief. I bring warmth and deep attention to our work. You’ll feel me right there with you - not as a distant expert, but as a grounded presence who truly cares. We might slow down to listen to what your body is saying. We might make space for grief, irritability, and anger that’s been long ignored. We might untangle old beliefs that keep you stuck - and gently try something new. Each session is tailored to what you need most that day, whether that’s clarity, calm, or just someone to witness your truth.
