Rational.
Strength-based.
Rooted in real connection.

You are not a diagnosis or a "problem to solve."

My Approach

You are a Full Person

You are complex, resilient, and doing the best you can in the face of change. My approach is deeply relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection: when you feel safe enough to be seen, understood, and gently challenged.

Active & Collaborative

I listen closely - not just for what is said, but for what is underneath. We will work together to explore patterns that no longer serve you, restore trust in your own voice, and move through change with greater steadiness and self-respect.

This is your Time

Each session is tailored to what you need most that day, whether that is clarity, calm, or just someone to witness your truth. This is your time. And it can be a space where things start to shift in real, lasting ways.

Our work won’t always be easy, but it will be meaningful. You don’t have to do this alone.

Let me help you navigate major life transitions and all of the messy emotions that come with them.

Finding Your Way in New Chapters

Are you starting college or your first job and finding yourself wondering, “Who am I really?”  Maybe you're pivoting careers after burnout or questioning whether your seventh job will finally feel like the right fit.  Perhaps you're returning home after launching, or trying to figure out “empty nest” while launching kids of your own.  These moments can feel disorienting, but you're not alone in navigating them.

Navigating Relationship Shifts

Navigating a relationship shift can bring a quiet kind of grief. Are you finding yourself coping with divorce or the slow unraveling of a relationship? Maybe you're caring for an aging or ill parent while still trying to hold your own life together. Or are you beginning to let go of connections that no longer support your growth? These experiences often challenge one's sense of stability and belonging, leaving behind questions that don’t have easy answers.

Reclaiming Identity Through Change

Reclaiming identity after change can feel disorienting. Have you been moving through postpartum emotions or menopause’s quiet chaos and wondering where your old self went? Are you rebuilding a sense of who you are after injury or illness?  Or are you trying to feel at home in a new body after weight loss - one that still feels unseen or “too big”? These transitions ask not just for resilience, but for redefinition. This work deserves space and support.

Calming Panic and Easing Anxiety

When anxiety takes hold, does it feel like your thoughts won’t stop racing, or like your body is working against you? Have you ever found yourself thinking, “Why am I panicking when I know I’m safe?” Panic can feel overwhelming, even when nothing seems wrong on the outside. And the hardest part? How invisible it all can be - how others might not see it, or understand what it’s like to live inside your storm. But what if you’re not broken at all? What if your anxiety is your body’s way of responding to something real - something overwhelming, long-carried, or never fully spoken? Therapy can help you understand the roots of that fear and - just as importantly - teach your body and mind how to feel safe again.
